Life at UNDP - International Consultant UNDP Employee Review

UNDP will take a pound of flesh from you and offer no reward, recognition or professional development opportunities in return. I've worked 16 hour days for 10 months and my bosses still don't know or care. Consultants are treated extremely poorly and are exploited left, right and center. Be prepared to not be paid for months on end while you're waiting for your contract/s to come through. My advice to you is: get the name on your resume and then get out of there!
