Pros

1) 16 weeks paid maternity and 1 month paid paternity 2) 30 days Annual Leave 3) Medical coverage in some aspects are better than other company 4) Was a great place to work with emphasize on work life balance, and staff welfare

Cons

1) Company has brought in a lot of work with not sufficient headcount 2) Some team works up to 16 hours a day and weekend as well 3) No EPF, poor pension, no bonus and very min yearly increment 4) Some team manager lack people skill, only keeps pushing workload 5) From an organization that used to give importance to work life balance, staffs are now overloaded with work and with so many days AL given, leaves are being freeze and asked to cancel.
