      Networking is great, you get very hands on work experience. They give you a lot of responsibility very quickly.

      Long work days, demanding timelines and schedules, no one is focused on reminding an intern they're doing a great job.

      - the workload and experience of interns highly depend on your supervisor - it's easy to find ppl who share the similar mindset with you - they have the most beautiful campus in Geneva

      Cons

      - somehow bureaucratic and low-efficient - no stipend - no return offer
