Worthy cause, but not worth the trouble - Research Assistant UNESCO Employee Review

Loved the idea of the reasearch that was ongoing but the execution, bureaucracy, and lack of actual putting research into creating change was not worth lack of cultural proficiency in the workplace as well as the low pay.
