LOW morale no team work everyone has to watch their back,, save all e mails to make sure you can defend every decision you make. Very political, do not offer ideas to make things better the Senior Merchandisers do NOT want to hear it or make any improvements, they are all trying to protect their jobs so they offer no help or advancement. NO raises in 3 years unless you had a Golden para-shoot buy out . I have ad a senior merchandiser tell me he did not want to be bothered by a retailer on the phone NOT to give him any phone calls, could not believe Jack would have that attitued
