      Pros

      Thwe were plenty of good people working at SuperValu during my time there, and i had two great bosses when i was there.

      Cons

      There was little room for advancement on a sinking ship.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
