Pros
Starting wage, pay increases and incentive pay were nice. Great products to work with. Employee discount for food was very helpful.
Cons
Productivity quotas are difficult to reach. Corporate structure made the lower level workers feel unappreciated. Mandatory overtime meant being forced in on your day off despite long hours already.
