      Pros

      Floor associates can make pretty good money. Overtime is available if you want to work extra hours. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Horrible morale, constant change in management, associates are not treated like human beings, favoritism... you name it! The money isn't worth it. The reviews online are true. Work somewhere else.
