      Great mission with providing natural/organic groceries to the marketplace. Growth company.

      Cons

      High turnover in middle management/warehouses leading to high stress among leaders during long term growth phase. Salaries with supervision is lagging in multiple marketplaces.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
