Pros

In Boise, one of only 3 games in town. Good compensation for the area (used to be very good). Organization allows you to do a lot of different things across a lot of different spaces --- $40-50B companies have a lot of opportunities in spaces. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

Cons

Rapidly becoming a Minnesota-leaders-only organization with management opportunities rapidly evaporating in the Boise area. Compensation is being cut each and every year particularly in the bonus categories. Annual wage increases are also increasing at a decreasing rate. "Career" industry folks tend to fill up the directorial ranks even though there are some very low-talent individuals in those spots --- mainly filling a seat because they know the people around them, not because they are gifted in any way... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
