Pros
A very supportive and open work environment. Most can work from home, library, coffee shop, etc. provided they are producing results expected from job. Also is a big company with lots of growth opportunity.
Cons
Direction and vision. Company has been in constant transition with different leaders and objectives over the years. Office politics also make it difficult to work well with other teams at times.
