Pros
Worked with and for some really great people for the 20+ years I worked for them. Compensation was good, vacation policy as well.
Cons
Company cannot figure out what they want to be when they grow up. CH let everyone tell him what to do, and let the stores and the banners have too much power. Too much in-fighting with banners and corporate for programs to be effective. Over 1200 associates laid off in March after sale of stores to Cerberus.
