      Pros

      Nice people, trying hard - also trying to address the "grocery" culture that causes new comers to leave.

      Cons

      Way behind on strategy - not the right people in senior leadership positions to understand and address the rapidly changing market. Very little true innovation or business development. Focus is on small incremental changes vs large meaningful transformation.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
