      Co-op, terrific discount on grocery products

      Cons

      All about costs, too much debt from Supervalu acquisition put too much pressure on results and created a toxic environment. The purchase of Supervalu was a big mistake and UNFI lost its focus on "natural" food. Supervalu = junk.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
