      The compensation in IT has been better than average. The company allows employees to work remotely 2 days a week.

      Cons

      Constantly changing management. No longer term plan communicated to employees. Too much work sent offshore.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
