      Good people at store level.

      Cons

      New management strategy is not working. Only answer is to get rid of people and keep hammering unsuccessful strategy. Sales are down, customer count is down, customer service scores are down, and gross profit is down.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
