Pros
Leadership is probably the best that it has been in awhile. Current CEO tries to connect with the employees but often fails as he does not understand the difference between his salary and those of the vast majority who work for the company. I will give him kudo's for trying!
Cons
There use to be a lot of pros that have now turned cons. It was like a family among the employees and family always came first. Not anymore. Since the purchase and sale of Albertson's it has become a cut-throat business. Along with this change came the loss of company loyalty and the willingness to work hard. You are not appreciated. 401K is basically gone.
