You stay busy. I've heard there is opportunity to grow within company. On boarding process was simple. Perhaps too simple...
Cons
Lack of direction and communication from management. Overworked and underpaid. No sense of team collectively. Left to fend for yourself when in need of help or advice. Many are stuck in their old ways and are resistant to change.
