      Pros

      When first employed they offer fair pay and incentives with nice benefit package. As time goes on they give less and less and want more and more.

      Cons

      Drivers work 12-14 hour days with no overtime (non-union). Capped wages at 5 years. No glory in being loyal to this employer!
