Worked here for 38 years have sufficient paid days off, 6 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, 4 personal days and holidays.
Cons
Terrible management no motivation to go to work no pay raise in the last 15 years. Horrible shifts days off are often split and start times couldn't be any worse.
