      Flexibility; my boss was very understanding and flexible. Great colleagues.

      Cons

      Low, LOW morale, due to: Low pay/ no bonus - under market average and not climbing, and Repeated layoffs and corporate shuffling, resulting in Instability in roles and general uneasiness and "brain drain."

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
