      Pros

      Manager was awesome. A lot to learn. 401k matching 4% (not the best but better than nothing). WLB was great.

      Cons

      Company is going downhill. Low tech and slow to react. Some managers can be micromanaging which sucks, I didn't have to deal with them but heard from other teams. unlimited PTO = no PTO.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
