Pros

Good profit sharing, decent benefits, good team meetings and training with brokers and manufacture reps when you seek it out.

Cons

Executive Level management annually beat their chests bragging 'bout year over year channel sales growth and increasing shareholder profits....despite all this growth each year. we have not increased the size of our customer service, sales, operations and marketing teams at all instead they pile it on employee workloads with a take-it-or leave-it smirk.... We've lost several key account chains by ignoring requests from Store Executives, Owners, Myself and other Veteran Territory Mangers of repeated service issues. When will UNFI Executives realize we need to stop sitting on profits and invest in the company and our stores by hiring additional sales, customer service and store support members? Operations teams from routing, inventory control, credit department and many of our recently hired drivers really act as if they don't care and do not believe in customer service?
