Pros
Supervalu strongly supports diversity and gay initiatives. Anything else that is heavy liberal and left wing. They enjoy forcing it down your throat. Maybe that's harsh. Maybe the "sensitivity rehab" didn't take.
Cons
Out of touch senior management. Herd mentality. They always seem to be two to five years behind everybody else. No innovation. They are just now getting around to firing everybody and outsourcing everything possible to India -because that's where the rest of the herd went. They don't dare to be different.
