Pros

Perfect Place to hide if you're in operations or supporting marketing efforts as nothing is expected nor provided towards the growth of the company. I have watched senior management run from the company in the past 6 months at a staggering rate. Those with any work ethic and talents have left, Those of us left are frantically looking for new jobs and better overall working environments, Within 4 weeks I will be leaving thankfully.......

Cons

Horrific Culture mixed with complete micromanagement down to the dollar from ownership. Ownership has placed family throughout corporate to manage every aspect of the companies. Complete inept decisions continue to prove to current employees who have any professional talents they really need to acquire new jobs. One were they are paid to market value, trusted to do the jobs they were hired to do, and not forced to sell antiquated technology concepts billed as innovative from a disillusioned owner. The lack of trust emulated from corporate HQ to its employees that aren't directly related to MR Hong is one of concerning working conditions I have ever experienced. Seems focus of the company is to buy drastically devalued office complexes and keeping them completely empty. See UNICOM Global purchase Whitehouse NJ Office of 2 million Sq Ft running with 15 people within the complex. Well before COVID .

Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share at this time.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible sales manager, who refuses to help most reps and will deliberately let bids fall through the cracks. A spiteful work environment. Using old, out of date tools and a severe lack of training. No 401k, and medical coverage is poor.
