Perfect Place to hide if you're in operations or supporting marketing efforts as nothing is expected nor provided towards the growth of the company. I have watched senior management run from the company in the past 6 months at a staggering rate. Those with any work ethic and talents have left, Those of us left are frantically looking for new jobs and better overall working environments, Within 4 weeks I will be leaving thankfully.......

Horrific Culture mixed with complete micromanagement down to the dollar from ownership. Ownership has placed family throughout corporate to manage every aspect of the companies. Complete inept decisions continue to prove to current employees who have any professional talents they really need to acquire new jobs. One were they are paid to market value, trusted to do the jobs they were hired to do, and not forced to sell antiquated technology concepts billed as innovative from a disillusioned owner. The lack of trust emulated from corporate HQ to its employees that aren't directly related to MR Hong is one of concerning working conditions I have ever experienced. Seems focus of the company is to buy drastically devalued office complexes and keeping them completely empty.
