Pros
I can't remember anything positive about working in UNISTREAM Bank Moscow.
Cons
Even now, I don't need much time to list major drawbacks of UNISTREAM:
- poor corporate governance. CEO prefers to hire his relatives. There are no career opportunities at all, if you are not a family member of CEO or a shareholder;
- low salaries, esp. for cashiers, who are deprived of bonuses, which is a part of salary. The reason is that CEO cuts expenses. Even if a cahier works perfectly, she may suffer from the cost-saving policy. It's so unfair because cashiers' salaries are extremely low;
- there are no annual bonuses;
- unprofessional management. CEO and other top-managers are not professionals to govern the company. They lack professional knowledge in many areas. That's why the bank has many problems;
- the bank is in the black list of Central Bank, which banned its currency-exchange operations. The future of the company is obscure;
- CEO of the bank was fined for violation of anti-money laundering legislation;
- the bank spams its partners with viruses. So, the Central Bank warns other banks not to work with UNISTREAM.
- shareholders of the company don't invest money in developing the company. Probably they don't see long-term perspectives of the business;
- Central office is very uncomfortable. There is no proper ventilation. As a result, employess get sick very often. The rooms are tiny and some of them don't have windows. So, some employees don't see daylight during a working day.
- many illegal practices;
- the company buys ratings from agencies to look good.
