Dear ex-Colleague, Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed the working atmosphere, benefited from our training and the career boost we have given you. However, we would like to address a few of the points you have mentioned. Firstly, starting salaries at Universal Medica Group can evolve rapidly in accordance with the motivation and dedication shown. We also provide interesting social advantages and give bonuses when quality of work and diligence warrant it. Secondly, you say many people leave their jobs before the end of their test period. This doesn’t happen any more than in many other companies. It’s what test periods have been created for. Here at Universal Medica Group, we believe in finding the right fit for every position, both from management and employees’ points of view. For the people that do leave us, the overwhelming majority do so in good terms. Most of the people who have come to work here are today very glad for the stepping stone that their job at Universal Medica Group has been for their career. Others have stayed with us and presently hold such positions as Project Coordinator or Project Manager. We find your review rather degrading and disrespectful to the people who work at Universal Medica Group and who put their best efforts, energy and drive every day into the work that we do together for the health and innovation industry, an area which is of key interest and concern to all of our futures.
