Very bad, unkind, unprofessional and not true to a company for HR leaders - Anonymous UNLEASH Employee Review

They are a company for HR professionals but treat employees very poorly and unfairly. Certain employees like Hungarians are forced to share small hotel rooms during events but others had a own hotel room even though they are not management. CEO makes staff afraid for their jobs because he is fake nice and then fires many good people without giving a chance to succeed. The company is disorganized and even before covid the CEO was always changing plans and blaming others when things did not go right. He is very unprofessional and not a good leader. All this is a very negative work environment and employees deserve better.
