Most accurate company description: Toxic place. Accept a job here if you are ok to: - work for some of the worst people you'll ever meet in your life - receive zero training period and zero assistance from any supervisor BUT expected to produce results from day 1 - have no possibility of mentorship or growth - accept abusive behaviour and language from all management - have a CEO who's day 1 greeting is "I hope you're worth it. Do your job well or we'll have a .....problem" (sic) - work under the principal manager (the worst boss/human there) with clear directions to not bother or ask questions - receive daily emails with violent flavour "What is going on here????? Get this ..... done today. I don’t give a ......." - be harassed and belittled as both male and female employee - words used cannot even be included here but they are a colourful variety of the worst uneducated origins - work alongside young crew who management exploits and underpays - be shouted and cursed at randomly, repeatedly and unprovoked in front of the entire staff - have no official recourse or hopes for improvement - management is powerless in front of a micromanaging controlling CEO - be subjected to random screen check - CEO performs inspection rounds around company shouting abuse in his phone conversations while scanning and shaming employees depending on what is active in their monitors. - work with only a couple of good people there who are quickly overshadowed by the horribly rude management and incompetent workers. The full extent of misery and stress that UnoApp is subjecting people through cannot be capture in this review. Hopefully this feedback can help people make the smart decision and stay away from this company. I wish someone had put forward an honest review and avoid them in the first place. STAY AWAY for your own sake, health, sanity and self respect. No one deserves to be shouted at in the workplace! They do not deserve some of the contracts they have - if the client companies knew how they treat staff, perhaps they would take their business elsewhere.
