      Endless opportunities Great product offerings such as high interest savings accounts and time deposits

      Cons

      “Figure it out on your own” environment Unrealistic timelines The app needs a lot of improvement for UX/UI Hot seat arrangement when we don’t even fit in the office The office is not a peaceful environment and even hard to work in, no chairs, not ergonomic at all

      Management was Great, down to earth. I have no complaints.

      Cons

      No work life balance. No overtime, shift is always more than 12 hours 6-7 days a week.
