Pros
If you're in good standing, you're good, if you're not, you're not. I guess I can say that I learned a lot from my experience as a manager because I was essentially on my own.
Cons
The company is a revolving door from upper and middle management to the retail staff. There is no support or cohesion from corporate, it's do or die, and the communication from Spain is completely lost in translation. Also there is little marketing done in the US for a product that is supposedly known mostly in Europe. I was one the most successful and longest lasting retail managers in the US at 1 year and 9 months and even the CEO, VP, and marketing department all changed multiple times while I was there. Other than that, the product is cheaply made, tarnishes, discolors, and falls apart. In 90 days I had at least 90 pieces come back damaged if that says anything. The product is not worth the price: the design is not that interesting and the quality is terrible.
