I highly recommend you to just not. Just don’t. Don’t EVER work here. Everyone in corporate acts like they are above you when maybe one of them has a college degree. They don’t know how to run a company or treat their employees correctly. This company thinks that they are on the same level as gucci, Prada, chanel or Versace. If people decide to not come in one day to shop, THE EMPLOYEES ARE BLAMED. They made us dress like waiters and treat their jewelry like Cartier. I have news for you, I’d like to wear jewelry that doesn’t give me a rash and is ACTUALLY hypoallergenic. They also took away our commission. You’re better off working for Vidda jewelery, even though it’s the same stuff, you might get treated like a proper human.
