      Pros

      UNiDAYS does have its challenges but it's also the best business I've worked at so far in my career. I work with an amazing team full of people who want to see others succeed and won't hesitate to help you out if you need it. I've also had multiple opportunities to develop my skills, work on different projects, undertake funded training courses and more. Working remotely most of the time isn't for everyone but personally it works for me because I enjoy the flexibility!

      Cons

      Sometimes the business has felt a bit unstable due to poorer performance compared to previous years (and some redundancies as a result) but I'm hopeful that this is improving

      Pros

      UNiDAYS is a company filled with enthusiastic and fun people. When we were in-office, I was always excited to come into work each day and spend time with my coworkers. Many of those coworkers are now friends, even after leaving the company.

      Cons

      For the NY office, the fact that almost all of the other employees are were in the UK sometimes made communication challenging. Everyone does try and do their best, though.

I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed your time working here and made friendships that will continue past your employment. Communication is more important than ever now that we’re working remotely, so I appreciate your point around communication across different offices. We have already taken feedback on board and recently adopted Q&A sessions between the US team and the Leadership team to provide updates on our strategic goals as well as answer any local market questions. We’ve also introduced the UNiDAYS Mindful Charter, which has guidance around being conscious of time zones and methods of communication. We will continue to build on this to improve communication between the offices. We appreciate you providing your feedback and wish you the best in your next role.

      Cons

      It is unbelievably difficult place to work if you want to do truly great creative work. The budget is very small and schedule for the projects tend to be irrational. Getting warnings for working overtime or being asked to lower standards is unbearable. Working with the office in a different time zone is a real pain and the difference in work ethic is pretty irritating. Also not a huge fan of the company culture making rules for everything and interrogate workers without accurately assessing the issues. They create process for the sake of process making it very hard to get the work done. They serve as a nest for territorial and uncooperative people too.
