Huge scale, your job have impact all over the country. No stupid rules regarding clothes and lunch time, "no blame" culture, managers practicing lean culture and somewhat good compensations
Cons
Not much attention to the building itself (it getting crowded) and there's still a lot of bureaucracy for simple things
