      Flexible hours based on clients needs. Large number of vacation/PTO hours.

      Cons

      I was not made aware that I would be a contractor for more than a year when I accepted an offer to go direct with their client. Their contracts are often superseded by their corporate contract with their clients, so beware before you sign!

      Pros

      Benefit package offered is fair and comprehensive. Job placement is considerable.

      Cons

      In the 3.5 years I worked for UP, I rarely heard from my Account Manager, even when I attempted to ascertain information regarding issues such as job status, evaluations, etc. We, contractors need your backing and support.
