      Kind colleges, hours flexibility and more days of vacations than the other companies

      Cons

      The work is poorly paid, you will learn by doing it, the bosses are starts don't intercept their light or you will not get any promotions (they say continuously that they don't have money) or even kind words. I quite the job devastated thinking I didn't deserve a better job, but you deserve it, so don't underestimate yourself. Also the location is really bad, we didn't had windows.

      Great working enviorment. Perfect place for your first work and learn a lot.

      Cons

      The salary is great for interships, but is very easy see desmotivation in some teamates about his working conditions. When at the same time they can observe how high positions have a very good conditions, their working charge is lower and the worst, they demand more and more.
