Below are the Manager qualities Micromanagement: Constantly checking in without trusting employees. despite the company’s impressive profits, employees see little benefit. Micromanagement is the daily routine, strangling creativity and productivity. what employee get ? Poor Communication: Lack of clarity, inconsistent instructions, or withholding information. Lack of Support: Not providing guidance, mentorship, or resources. Unprofessional Behavior: Disrespectful tone, dismissive attitude, or inappropriate conduct. No Recognition: Failing to acknowledge hard work or achievements. Blocking Growth: Not encouraging career development or advancement

UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
