      The company has grown very fast, it has doubled its turnover every 5 years, it is the worlds 5th largest Agrochemical There are ample opportunities and tremendous for the go-getters and fire-in-the-belly employees You are encouraged and get the opportunity to work with the best of the technologies in the industry

      Cons

      There are certain pockets where the individuals are somewhat lethargic/conservative/unprofessional

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
