      Culture is conducive to create friends and mentors with lot of opportunities to get involved based on your interest. Company is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist.

      Cons

      Its important for a company not just to hung on what's wrong rather to focus on what is happening that is right and progress in action (not just words) that support.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
