      Pros

      High Pay is probably the only good point.

      Cons

      Work is very ill-managed and the Audit department is not at all set up properly. One-man army for audit, for a company of such high magnitude, speaks about how much they actually care about audit and its findings.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
