      - Co-workers were great - Good pay and plenty of overtime potential - Having a cafeteria was a plus and the food was good

      - Work area department needed renovation - Short staffed almost all of the time - Healthcare benefits weren't that great

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
