      Little constraints, good facilities, some very smart researchers/professors.

      Cons

      Few interactions with fellows, little collaboration between and within groups. Burocracy reigns and it's a significant waste of time.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
