Pros
UPMC is an excellent organization that is the leading healthcare provider in the region. The research and medical advancements they are making are just amazing. They offer good benefits to their full-time employees and the healthcare benefits are affordable!
Cons
In my particular department, it seems that management lacks the actual skills to manage a group of people. They seem to be more interested in their personal agendas than the work of the group, and don't go to bat for their employees. That is just my department though, and I can't speak for other departments out there.
