Pros
The staff I work with make a great team and most of the patients are great to take care of.
Cons
Benefits are terrible and management won’t take the time to listen to staff to understand the real problems that we need fixed. Everyone has worked through conditions no one should experience over the last year and they have given nothing in return to employees. Staffing shortages are so bad on every floor and they still refuse to give anyone raises.
