      Team environment is great; I love working with the people that I do. I also have a manager that works with me.

      Cons

      I have been in this position for over 2 years and no promotional growth. Even though I am performing as a supervisor, they will not promote me because I am remote.

      its a big company so the growth could be slow but if one is resolved enough there are opportunities.
