      Pros

      Culture and pay are great! UPS Capital has a very talented, diverse workforce as well.

      Cons

      It’s not as flexible on office expectations as it used to be, and bonuses are uncertain each year and contingent on the performance of UPS as a whole. UPS Capital could exceed business plan but not receive a bonus if UPS had a down year, which is demotivating.

      Great team members supportive environment Flexible schedule (Hybrid) collaborative environment to support learning and growth.

      its a big company so the growth could be slow but if one is resolved enough there are opportunities.
