Pros
Great opportunities for aggressive employees, benefits of UPS HQ but none of the stagnant culture, good compensation, visibility to all levels
Cons
The culture is not great for progressive thinkers. Terrible execution on most projects and marketing initiatives, short staff, confusion surrounding project details, very segmented with a lack of big picture thinking amongst workers due to lack of visibility and exposure to other departments. WAY TOO MANY MANUEL PROCESSES.
