Awful place to work - Mail Sorter UPS Mail Innovations Employee Review

I started this job about two weeks ago on a Wednesday, came in to work my first day and than kept getting text that they don’t have room on the schedule for me to work, mind you, you don’t find out until 10 pm if you work or not and than they just stopped texting me all together until today they messaged me asking if I wanted to come in last minute, and also asked me if I was still interested in the position because I havnt worked in a while, the communication with this job is awful, hours are awful
