- pretty good benefits and discounts from a variety of places - overtime usually always available and good weekly pay - no accountability whatsoever
Cons
-no accountability means if you're one of the hardworkers, you will be picking up the slack -management is a little unorganized -work is extra repetitive and there's very little and very disorganized training -job security is a concern
