      Company culture of never trusting employees, never making improvements, insufficient training, always under-staffed. UPS will inundate you with propaganda about how great they are. It is mechanical, uncaring, bureaucracy.

      there are no pros I could think of about the job - the benefits are alright.

      worst place I have ever worked - worst management and culture I have ever seen, most disrespectful, unprofessional leadership and micromanagement I have ever seen, finally got out and can smile again.
